Andre Welch helped his team muscle past the Chi-town Coalition, 7-6. In the game, the Las Vegas center fielder went 2 for 4 with 2 singles and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. The loss has the Coalition at 6-5.

Las Vegas used the timely hitting of Dan Clark to seize the win. The first baseman stroked a 2-run single in the top of the seventh inning to put the Aces on top, 6-5. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"We ground out the win," said Welch. "That's all that matters."
