Fans at Blues Ballpark got to see not only a home-team victory today, but also one of the most impressive feats of hitting of the season.

The Kinuso Blues outplayed the Stockton 209 en route to a 11-0 win, but the standout was right fielder Ricardo Vivo. Vivo netted 5 hits in 5 at-bats and finished with a dynamite game line.

"Hey, we tried everything we could think of to get him out," 209 manager Glenn Patterson said in postgame comments. "We threw everything but the kitchen sink against him and he hit it. Maybe we should've thrown the sink, too."

Ricardo Vivo singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit a three-run triple in the 4th, singled in the 6th and hit a two-run double in the 7th.

Vivo is currently hitting at a .217 pace with 1 home run and 17 RBIs.
