Chikafuji Delivers 5-1 Win
San Francisco Meatballs pitcher Masazumi Chikafuji was in fine form, leading his team past the Toronto Blue Jays, 5-1. Armando Martínez, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 27th save. San Francisco has an impressive 67-34 record.

Chikafuji, who leaned on his changeup, allowed 1 run on just 2 hits over 7 innings for the Meatballs. For the most part, Toronto hitters were simply overmatched.

"That's a solid team effort right there," said Chikafuji. "Everyone's feeling positive after that win."
