The San Francisco Meatballs picked up a win at Round Table Stadium, knocking off the Ottawa Knights, 7-5. On the mound for San Francisco was right-hander Masazumi Chikafuji, who played a pivotal role in the win. Armando Martínez earned his 33rd save in 40 chances. Ottawa, at 40-81, has lost 4 straight.
