St. Peter's Barnes Bags SL1 Batting Award Friday, September 1st , 1972 Adam Barnes made his presence known as one of the best young stars in the Sub League 1 this past month. The St. Peter Orioles left fielder shined through the month of August and has won the Batter of the Month award. The 20-year-old hit .371 with 15 home runs, 26 RBIs and 29 runs scored. This season Barnes is batting .372 with 50 home runs. |
