Galaxy Win Divisional Round
The Rapid City Galaxy "proved we can handle pressure" by beating the Divisional Round and eliminating the Salt Lake Squirrels, according to series MVP Howard Ryan.

"This is the big stage, we're off to the Championship Round and looking towards the The RING," he said. "There's a lot of pressure at this time of year and it's only going to get more intense from here. But I think we can handle it just fine."

Rapid City won the final game 6-4, to wrap up the series 3-1.

Ryan led his team to the series win by putting up a .375 average, with a .412 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 5 RBI and scored 2 runs.

The Rapid City Galaxy don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Halifax Fishin Cows - Colorado Dodos series. Colorado leads the series 2 games to 1. The Championship Round schedule will be announced after the Divisional Round finishes.
