St. Louis right-hander Henry Nichols pitched his team to victory over the Texas State Troopers at High Noon Saloon Park Redux. The final score was 4-0. The Outlaws now own a record of 49-63.

The Outlaws got a lift from right fielder Tsugiharu Miura, who in the bottom of the second stroked a 2-1 fastball into center for a 2-run single. It was his 148th hit of the season and put the Outlaws ahead, 2-0.

"We'll put this win in our pocket and go after the next one," said Miura.
