Fishin Cows Beat Reapers in 11
The Halifax Fishin Cows beat the Shadowland Reapers, 6-2, in 11 innings. Halifax designated hitter Daniel Lee, in particular, had a fine performance. He was 2-5 with 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. Halifax reliever Tad Milton picked up the win, while Troy Muñóz took the loss for Shadowland. The Fishin Cows saw their win-loss record go to 47-76. At the same time, the Reapers fell to 68-55.

Lee had a game-changing home run in the top of the 11th. On a first pitch fastball from Bob Corbin, he banged a 3-run home run to right-center, giving the Fishin Cows a 4-1 lead. It was the 11th home run of the year for Lee.

In his postgame comments, Fishin Cows manager Marley Smith heaped praise on Lee. "For a young player, he's done a lot of good things for us."
