Demons Come Back Late, Nip Saints
Melbourne beat St. Kilda at St. Kilda Fields, eking out a 6-5 win. The win was due in large part to left fielder Colin Fraser. He was 3-5 with a home run and a double, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. Melbourne reliever Kylan Anlezark was the winner. His record is now 2-1. The losing pitcher was Benji Foran. The 8th-place Demons lifted their record to 20-25.

Fraser had a game-changing double in the top of the sixth. On a 3-1 fastball from Todd Tronc, he banged a bases-clearing double to right-center, giving the Demons a 5-2 lead. It was the 11th double of the year for Fraser.

"Hustle and hard work is a big part of our success," said Fraser. "Those qualities define our team."
