McFadgean Gets Number 2000 Tuesday, July 12th , 2022 Blues right fielder Chris McFadgean never thought his name would be associated with some of the great players in league history. Now that he has reached the 2000-hit threshold, that's all but guaranteed. McFadgean collected his big hit in a 4-2 loss to Penrith. Afterward, he thought about the achievement: "Overwhelmed," he said. "That's how I feel about it right now." McFadgean went 1-for-3 for the game.
