Essendon Devastated by Playoff Elimination Saturday, September 10th , 2022 Essendon Knights fans are no doubt having a rough day today. The club came close, but in the end has fallen short and was mathematically eliminated today from qualifying for the postseason. Before this season, the Knights last missed the playoffs in 2017. In the 24 years they have been a Australian Baseball League franchise, they have made the playoffs 10 times. In the last 10 seasons, the Knights have made the playoffs 6 times. Essendon has won the Grand Final Series 4 times in their history. |
