NL Batting Title Belongs to Walburn Saturday, September 10th , 2022 The league batting title is awarded each year to the one player that is able to separate himself, even if only by a single hit, from the rest of the hitters in the league. This year, the player to do that was Carlton's center fielder Cane Walburn. He hit National League pitching at a .369 pace over 125 games to take home the 2022 edition of the award. |
