The Los Angeles Angels got a strong performance from pitcher Shohei Ohtani, who stymied the New York offense en route to a win, 6-0, at Angel Stadium of Anaheim. Los Angeles pitcher Andrew Heaney got the win. He's now 4-4. Jordan Montgomery was tagged with the loss. With the win, Los Angeles raised its record to 29-28.

The Angels picked up the win with a combination of good hitting and good pitching.

"We were able to get some things going offensively," said Ohtani.
