The Baltimore Orioles beat the Chicago Cubs, 3-0. Baltimore pitcher and Midland, Michigan, native Keegan Akin led the way. The victory puts Baltimore at 24-38.
Trey Mancini had a critical at-bat with two out in the top of the sixth for Baltimore. He came through with a solo home run to put Baltimore in front, 2-0.
"The effort we put into this one paid off," Akin said.
