6-0 Loss Extends San Francisco Losing Streak
|
The Cincinnati Reds picked up a win at Oracle Park, knocking off the San Francisco Giants, 6-0. Starting pitcher Sonny Gray was a big reason why. San Francisco now has a 9-game losing streak.
The Reds had to work out of trouble in the bottom of the ninth. The score was 6-0, Cincinnati, with one out. San Francisco, with the bases loaded, was mounting a threat. Hunter Pence dug in at the plate, but on a 2-2 changeup, he struck out.
