The Cincinnati Reds downed the Chicago (N) Cubs, 5-4, in 10 innings. Sergio García led the way, going 4-for-6 for Cincinnati. The winner in relief was Wilson Jiménez. The right-hander allowed 1 run on 1 hit in 2 innings. He now owns a record of 2-0.

The game was all tied up in the top of the tenth, until García delivered big-time for Cincinnati, stroking a dramatic run-scoring single off Sean Fox. The game-changing hit put the Reds on top, 5-4.
