Bombers Ishikawa Gets No-Hitter Thursday, October 3rd , 2041 Masami Ishikawa was untouchable today at Bombers Park, displaying a good fastball and wicked breaking balls in his 2-0 win against the Arizona Diamondbacks. The Jacksonville hurler did not allow a single hit, fanning 10 while walking 2. "This is great," Ishikawa told reporters after the game. "Every pitcher wants a no-hitter. I just wanted the win, but the no-hitter is a little extra icing on the victory cake." To date this year Ishikawa has compiled a 4-17 mark with a 3.60 ERA in 30 starts.
