Outlaws Heading to World Series Tuesday, October 16th , 1990 By a score of 1-0, the Los Angeles Outlaws have sealed a victory in the Semi Series over the Chicago Colts. "We knew we would be in for a tough series and that's what we got," said starting pitcher Floyd Youmans of the Outlaws, who was named the series MVP. "The Colts knew how to battle and gave us a good test." The next test for Los Angeles will come in the World Series, after winning this series 4-1. The Los Angeles Outlaws don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Toronto Polar Bears - Boston Federals series. That series is tied at 2 games apiece.
