Hilltoppers Send Butler to Cleveland Tuesday, November 13th , 1990 In a move that has fans in both cities buzzing, the Atlanta Hilltoppers and the Cleveland Barons have agreed to a deal that will have 32-year old LF Brett Butler and 25-year old RHP Kevin Tapani heading to Cleveland in exchange for a 1st round draft pick. Provided they pass a physical, the players should be with their respective teams in time for tomorrow's games. Lifetime Butler is hitting .251 and has totaled 20 home runs. |
