Puerto Rico first baseman Juan Vázquez was sensational. He went 4-4 with 2 home runs, a double, and a walk. He scored 3 runs and drove in 4, but it wasn't enough to rally his team to a win. Austin beat the Tropics, 10-9. The win makes Austin 67-39.

The BigStars were down to their final out when shortstop Wally Adames turned a 1-0 fastball from Miles Dijk into a 2-run double. The walk-off double made the Googleplex crowd go wild.

"I'm glad I could get it done when the game was in the balance," Adames said in his postgame press conference.
