New York second baseman Ozzie Albies played a vital role in his team's 5-2 triumph over Houston. He was 2-5 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once for New York. New York reliever Yerry De Los Santos picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Freddy Peralta took the loss. New York is off to a hot start at 8-3.
Early in the game, Albies had a 2-run home run for New York. It was his 5th home run of the season and put the Yankees on top, 2-0.
