White Befuddles San Juan in 9-0 Coacalco Win Sunday, January 7th , 2024 Owen White subdued the San Juan Ravens, 9-0, pitching a 3-hit gem for the Coacalco Lords at Marlins Park. "He was kind of teasing them with his off-speed stuff, and his fastball was moving everywhere," Coacalco skipper Jason Lane said afterward. White registered 7 strikeouts and issued no walks in his superb performance. "We just didn't swing the bats very well. Or else he just pitched good, whichever way you want to look at it," said San Juan manager Luis Arredondo after the defeat. This season, White has 3 wins and 1 loss and a 2.79 ERA.
