Philadelphia, Los Angeles Swap Players Thursday, May 16th , 2024 The Philadelphia Phillies have parted ways with 23-year old minor league 2B Jace Jung in a trade with the Los Angeles Dodgers for 30-year old 2B Trea Turner. Phillies general manager Furtado confirmed the deal in an announcement this morning. Thus far this season in 37 games Turner is batting .182 with 3 home runs, 20 RBIs and 16 runs scored. He has 25 hits in 137 at-bats. |
