Done Deal: Funderburk for Lasko Thursday, December 12th , 2024 Proving the old adage that one man's trash is another man's treasure, the Cardinals announced today the acquisition of 22-year old minor league LF Ryan Lasko from the New York Mets in exchange for 28-year old LHP Kody Funderburk. "This isn't the deal of the century," acknowledged the Cardinals, "but we think it will improve the direction of both teams." |
