The 30-year-old bullpen ace, out of Newark, California, nailed down the award with 3 saves in 40 relief appearances, 55 strikeouts in 44.1 innings and a record of 2 wins and 1 loss to go with his 1.62 ERA. He received 17 first place votes out of a possible 24. Tanner Rainey of the Nashville Sounds finished second in voting with 7 first place votes, while Kevin Kopps of the El Paso Chihuahuas finished third.
