Terry Bangs Out 5 Base Hits Tuesday, May 14th , 2024 No matter what the Frisco RoughRiders threw at him today, Curtis Terry hit it. He easily handled RoughRiders pitching, going 5 for 6 and helping the Shuckers to a 15-2 triumph at Dr. Pepper Ballpark. "The way I was swinging today, I think I could have closed my eyes and hit the ball," he told BNN reporters in the postgame interview. Told of Terry's quip, RoughRiders skipper Randy Knorr said he "would take him up on that next time." Curtis Terry singled in the 1st, flied out in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, doubled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 8th.
