High-A Names Sundstrom Best Batter Monday, May 13th , 2024 Jared Sundstrom went on a week-long tirade against the High-A pitchers and was acclaimed the Player of the Week. The Tampa left fielder was hot as a firecracker, exploding with a .448 average, 2 home runs and 7 RBIs. For the week Sundstrom bashed out 13 hits in 29 at-bats and scored 6 runs. Thus far this season Sundstrom is hitting .365 with 3 home runs, 11 RBIs and 11 runs scored. He has 27 hits in 74 at-bats and has played in 19 games. |
