FCL Premier Player Picked Monday, September 4th , 2023 The votes have been cast and counted and the winner of the Florida Complex League Player of the Week has been chosen. It was presented earlier today to Anthony Garcia for his red-hot week of hitting. The Philadelphia (GCL) left fielder took home the trophy by splurging with 5 hits in 8 at-bats for a .625 batting average, driving in 5 runs and scoring 4 times. During the current season Garcia is batting at a .254 clip with 31 home runs and 81 RBIs. He has played in 130 games and scored 55 times. |
