Injury Shuts Down Corniell for Season Tuesday, September 5th , 2023 Jose Corniell had to wait several agonizing days to find out his diagnosis after suffering shoulder inflammation on 09/03/2023. Today he received word from the Los Angeles A (AZL) doctor that he would be out the rest of the year. Team officials called it a huge setback but something they would have to overcome. To date Corniell is 5-5 in 22 starts with a 4.21 ERA and has 72 strikeouts in 102.2 innings. |
