The Buffalo Bisons got a stellar performance from pitcher Michael Brown, who handcuffed the Lehigh Valley offense en route to a win, 2-1, at Coca-Cola Field. Buffalo is now riding a 5-game win streak.

The Bisons got a big at-bat from right fielder Chris Burnett. For the game, Burnett was 1-3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the fifth, with a runner on 2nd, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 1st home run of the season gave Buffalo a 2-1 lead.

Bisons manager Mike Sarbaugh raved about Brown after the game. "I thought Michael was 'lights out.'"
