Rodríguez Top IL Starter in August Thursday, September 1st , 2022 When Jorge Rodríguez takes the hill, he's a good bet to nail down the victory for the Rochester Red Wings. At least that's the way it was in May. He excelled with a 4-1 mark and 1.77 ERA in 7 starts. In 35.2 innings, he fanned 22 and walked 21. That's why he was honored today as the Pitcher of the Month by the International League. For the season Rodríguez has logged 11 wins and 10 losses and struck out 124 batters in 155.2 innings while compiling a 4.10 ERA. |
