Fresno's Villegas Gets PC Player of the Week

Jose Villegas punched, poked and pummeled the baseball last week and today he garnered a majority of the votes for the Pacific Conference Player of the Week award.
The Fresno Grizzlies right fielder slashed out a .526 average with 10 hits in 19 at-bats, 2 home runs and 6 RBIs.
